What is the return policy?
To start a return, please email us at hello@jaino.co.uk with your order number.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
We offer free UK returns for exchanges (e.g. size changes). If you would like a refund, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Manufacturing
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
We want you to love your purchase from Jaïno. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery. Just email us with your order number and we will sort it out for you. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Are your clothes suitable for petite sizing?
The blazers are very suitable to petite frames. They fall beautifully below the tighs and keep a flattering silhouette without overwhelming the height.
Can I order if I live in an EU country?
Of course, you can. We ship worldwide and our EU customers loved their orders so far. Due to Brexit regulations, EU customers may be subject to custom fees.
Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

I am not sure what size to order. What can I do?
We want to to help you get the perfect size. If you know your measurements, you can check our sizing chart. All our products have a sizing guide under the product info. You can also email us with your measurements and we will do our best to find the best suitable size for you. If you are still not sure, you can order two different sizes and return one of them.
Will you get a restock on sold out items?
Yes, we are working on a restock as well as launching new items by September 2026. Stay tuned.
