What is the return policy?
We want you to love your purchase from Jaïno. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible
